Heat the oil in the wok or dip pan, add quartered radishes, fry a few minutes, add tymus and chopped garlic, (you can also add grated ginger). Then pour soy sauce and balsamico a bit. Turn off the fire and add another portion of chopped garlic.
Goes well as a side dish for meat or fish.
